catalog, T-Shirt (specify size), Hat, Can Cooler and Decals. The Cost is $25.00
(prepaid only) for United States addresses, $45.00 for International addresses.
All prepaid orders will receive the cost of the customer kit back as a credit on
their first order of 100.00 or more.
Should you desire just our 450
page catalog, the cost is only $10.00 (prepaid only) for United States
addresses, $25.00 for International addresses. Just as with the customer kit,
all prepaid orders will receive the catalog cost back as a credit on their very
